Lectures on intermediality: theory, history & practice

On Thursday, June 11th, as kick-off to our exploratory workshop Intermedialities: Theory & Practice (June 12th-14th, Rode Hoed), we will have two presentations at our own VU-University. Dr. Maaike Lauwaert (Mondriaan Foundation) will talk about intermediality & practice, based on cases dealing with eCulture projects. Prof. Agnes Petho (Sapientia University, Cluj, Rumenia) will talk about the historiography of intermediality, related to cinema. Time: 15.30-17.00, room 12a39. As the workshop is not open to outsiders, we are very glad to have created the possibility for staf members, students and anybody interested to attend the presentations by Petho and Lauwaert.
